For all ages. This is a 90 minute reservation that includes a 60 minute all-levels class with 30 minutes of kitty time! Our instructor provides modified poses to fit your comfort level. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat.
It’s Happy Meower at Frisky’s on Fridays from 4-8 pm (last reservation time starts at 7 pm). Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that you can get checked in and get a beverage. This way you have your full hour with the kitties!
